Royalty & Profit Sharing


A key element of our unique pro-bono marketing and licensing program is our royalty and profit sharing arrangement, which offers many attractive benefits. It is the method by which we (you and us) each receive sales-based income, in pre-determined percentage shares, from a successfully-licensed new product innovation.

Royalty and profit sharing provides a strong incentive for us to put forth our best efforts toward a successful licensing outcome. In a very real sense, we are partnering with you, each with our own investment in the project, and a mutually-vested interest in that successful outcome.

Because we only accept innovations for our pro-bono program that meet our stringent requirements for potential success, we naturally develop a very strong connection and belief in them.

This strong belief in the likelihood that our qualifying innovations will, in fact, generate licensing royalties or profit-share income, is the reason that we do not require inventors of qualifying innovations to pay for any of our marketing and licensing activities. Our program is designed around efficiency and a high probability of success, enabling us to absorb all program costs.
