Our No-Fee Product Licensing Program — Royalty & Profit Sharing


A key element of our No-Fee Invention Marketing & Product Licensing program is the royalty or profit sharing arrangement, which offers many attractive benefits. It is the method by which we (you and us) each receive sales-based income, in pre-determined percentage shares, from a successfully-licensed new product innovation.

Royalty and profit sharing provides a strong incentive for us to put forth our best efforts toward a successful product licensing outcome. In effect, we are "partnering" with you, each of us with our own investment in the project, and a mutually-vested interest in achieving a product licensing deal.

Because we only accept innovations for our no-fee program that meet our stringent requirements for potential success, we naturally develop a very strong connection and belief in them.

This strong belief in the likelihood that our qualifying innovations will, in fact, generate licensing royalties or profit-share income, is the reason that we do not require inventors of qualifying innovations to pay for any of our marketing and product licensing activities. Our program is designed around efficiency and a high probability of success, enabling us to absorb all program costs and associated risk.
