Register with us today!
Since we are continually seeking and reviewing qualifying product ideas for our no-fee licensing program, we encourage you register your invention with us by filling out and submitting the form below.
You have nothing to lose and everything to gain to see if your invention has what it takes to be successful on TV, or be accepted by a manufacturing company into its line of related products!
Registration is simple and FREE, and our initial review of your invention does not obligate you to our company in any way.
At this point, please keep your invention description somewhat general in nature, and mostly along the lines of what problem your invention solves, who would use the invention, and why these consumers will want to buy it.
Also, before you submit your invention registration, please be sure that you have done both of the following:
-
Perform an exhaustive competitive product search using Google, MSN, Yahoo!, or similar search engine to discover if your invention is truly unique and novel (even if you are patented);
-
If you are not patented, perform a basic preliminary patent search on the USPTO website (www.uspto.gov), or sites such as Free Patents Online (www.freepatentsonline.com) and Patent Storm(www.patentstorm.com) to ensure that your invention has not been previously-patented. If you are in doubt of the patent status regarding any or all of your invention, you should consult a patent attorney or agent for a professional search and recommendation.
After completing these steps, many inventors are surprised to learn that their invention has been invented and patented before, and it may already be selling on the market. Please make sure that your invention will not raise a potential patent infringement issue, and that it is truly a new and unique idea.
We review every invention registration that we receive, and we will respond within one week or less with our initial thoughts, recommendations, and whether we believe your innovation may qualify for our licensing program. Please note that we can not accept any invention into our no-fee licensing program unless it has received a qualifying score on our ScoreFinder Invention Evaluator™.
We look forward to bringing you into our growing family of inventors, and hope that your innovation has “the right stuff” to become one of the world’s next great product successes.
Happy Innovating!
