How It Works


How does DaVinci Legacy Group market your innovation in the form of a viable consumer product with substantial value in the marketplace? How do we gain industry acceptance and build demand for your product? How do we attempt to move your product into thousands or millions of homes, automobiles, offices or other settings? DaVinci's exclusive invention licensing program has been designed to accomplish all of these goals.

Our pro-bono marketing and licensing program begins with a thorough analysis of your invention to determine its degree of market worthiness, by using what we believe is the most meaningful evaluation system in the business. We will only accept an invention into our program that has received an evaluation score high enough to earn an "A" level grade on our ScoreFinder Invention Evaluator™.

In the event your innovation does receive a qualifying score, you will have the option to pursue licensing through the DaVinci pro-bono program. This arrangement is accomplished by authorizing our Agent Representation Agreement with you.

This agreement allows us to represent you and your innovation to traditional licensees and/or DRTV industry, for a pre-determined period of time (typically 6 months). Under this arrangement, we can attract the best and most appropriate prospective licensees, and influence the licensing negotiation process to our mutual benefit.

The goal of our program is to offer manufacturers and DRTV companies virtually every reason to accept your invention, while eliminating virtually every reason to reject it. We have one goal only—to consummate licensing deals that will generate regular and periodic income in the form of royalties or profit-share income.

Expenses and costs connected with our pro-bono marketing and licensing program are absorbed by DaVinci Legacy Group. There is NO COST to you, the inventor, for the implementation and completion of this program.
